Health&Safety Supervisor

Description

FGM Solar, a Romanian company with 10 years of experience in the construction of photovoltaic parks on the ground, is looking for  new colleagues to help us guarantee the next generation a sustainable future. We are hiring Health and Safety Supervisors to join our teams for the new projects based in Netherlands and Germany. Our main request is your availability on site for at least 3 months, in a row. Candidates with experience in PV projects have a real advantage, but we are open to receive new enthusiastic applications.

*Please note that the position is based in Netherlands or Germany, and we will help you to relocate.

Job Overview: As a Health and Safety Supervisor, you will support the Project team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues. Will work closely with the company's HSE manager as well as the Client's, conducting regular HSE audits, trainings, toolbox meetings and drills.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage the HSSE policy and guidelines, ensuring this conforms to the customers requirements and industry best practice.
Develop and maintain site - specific documentation and templates that include the Safety Program File (HSSE Procedure), Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Plans, Job Safety Analysis, and Site Induction.
Assist, deliver, and organize HSSE training to employees.
Perform HSSE tasks or other duties as required.


Skills:


Good communication and organization skills
Results oriented approach, flexibility, ability to work in a team
Constant attention to details and accuracy
Organized with the ability to multitask and keep the timelines
Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
Written and oral fluency in English
SSM Certification or Relevant certifications preferred
Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
